Russia and the European Union

The EU and Russia have reached a final agreement on the adoption of a joint mechanism for the exchange of confidential information and disaggregated and private data.
The parties negotiated for six years before coming to this agreement according to a diplomatic source in Brussels.
The Russian Security (FSB) will coordinate the exchange of information and data with the European Commission and the European Council.
